We are a consulting firm focused on Boutique Hotels, Restaurants and Beach Clubs. We provide consulting and advising on the creation, development and positioning of new concepts and brands as well as repositioning already existing ones.
Petraglia & Partners offers a holistic approach, making sure that the vision and energy of the project is maintained throughout the creative process, from working with Architects and Designers, to Branding/Marketing/Public Relations as well as the operational map. Raul’s firm can also conduct partial or integral audits of an establishment and provide tailored recommendations to the customer’s need, be it service, operation and/or overall marketing & positioning strategy.

After being the directing and guiding force behind some of the most innovative and transcending projects in the Hotel Industry, Raul Petraglia is now launching his own consulting firm, Petraglia & Partners.
Born in Buenos Aires and accustomed to changing locales from a very young age, Raul considers himself a citizen of the world. In 1994, he fell in love with Mexico, and has resided there since then. His love for travel, gourmet cuisine, design, music, yoga, and curating new experiences in hotels, have been the perfect platform to assist him in making history in Mexico's Hotel Industry; first with the creation of the ME by Meliá brand in Cabo San Lucas, and most recently with the creation of the concept and structure for new hotel division that launched Experiencias Xcaret's Group, in Riviera Maya.
